Our Pricing

Our clients have unique needs and we are able to customize our pricing to fit these needs using the below pricing models:

Retained

Fee is paid up front or incrementally throughout the search. This is the ideal arrangement for executive leadership searches bringing high accountability and a high touch approach.

Contingency

Fee is paid once search is completed. This arrangement works well for companies who would prefer to use multiple resources to recruit. We welcome the challenge and the competition!

Monthly retainer

Flat fee is charged per month for a guaranteed number of placements. This arrangement works well for smaller companies with limited resources for recruiting or companies with a high volume of positions.
